Do you offer drawings?
Yes. UBL offers planning and building regulations drawings and design coordination where required. The scope and fees are agreed before work starts. You can also bring plans prepared by someone else.
How much does a conservatory cost?
Size, site preparation, the supporting base, frame and roof specification, access and finishes all affect the quotation. Send your postcode, photographs and a rough idea of size and budget to start the discussion.
Can I open the conservatory into the house?
