Good work.
Remembered by our customers.

We recently had UBL to convert our garage into a bedroom, moving house wasn't an option for us we simply couldn't afford it. We found out about them through a recommendation from a work colleague who had an extension done by the team.

We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome the room looks amazing, just how we wanted it. Luke and his team were incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process, even when I changed my mind a few times on the details. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

A good friend recommended UBL to me because getting in and out of the bath was becoming quite a struggle. I knew I needed a proper wet room put in.

Even though I'm of a certain age, I still wanted something modern, without compromising on safety.

I'd already called out two other building companies out before UBL. One didn't even have the manners to show up, and the other just stood there nodding without actually listening to a word I needed. UBL listened properly so I booked them right away. They turned up on time every day, kept the place remarkably tidy as they went along and finished the whole job to a wonderfully high standard.

I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

Luke and his team completed a kitchen extension for me and my husband, there work was all of high standard and Luke was a stickler for keeping the site clean and tidy at all times. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to extend there home or any other work we have them booked in to complete a Driveway in January.
