We confirm the survey work, drawing sheets, revision allowance, timescale and fees. Application charges, structural calculations and other specialist work are identified separately where applicable.

How the free planning drawings offer works
We agree the scope and drawing fee in writing before starting. The drawing service is paid for separately, and the agreed planning drawing fee is credited against your UBL building contract if you proceed with us. If you choose drawings only or use another builder, the drawing fee remains payable.
Council application fees, building control fees, structural calculations and other specialist services are separate unless expressly included in your quotation. Your written offer confirms the eligible drawing work and credit before you commit.
