Planning drawings
Show the proposed layout and external appearance: the size, shape, roof, windows, doors and relationship to the existing home. We agree the drawings and supporting information needed for your application.
Building regulations
Develop the technical drawings and specification for the construction stage. We coordinate structural and other specialist information where required, and support the building control process as part of the agreed service.
