We offer a 5-year workmanship guarantee on qualifying building work, with the covered work and full terms set out in your written project agreement. Your quotation and contract confirm the cover for your project before construction begins.
Know exactly what is covered
Workmanship cover relates to the UBL installation or building work specified in your agreement. Product warranties are separate and depend on the manufacturer and the product supplied. We explain the relevant guarantees, exclusions and any maintenance requirements for your agreed specification.
A clear handover
At completion, we walk through the work with you, record any snagging items and arrange the agreed follow-up. We provide applicable certificates, product information and guarantee details as part of the handover.
Support after your project
If you notice a problem, contact UBL with your name, property address, project details and photographs. We review the issue with you and discuss the next step under your project agreement.
